OSS Aftercare and Extracurriculars for New Parents has information about the after school care programs operated by Temporary Tots Tending (TTT) and the City of Pacifica, and about the After School Enrichment Program (ASEP), operated by the PTO.
Calendar and Upcoming Events for New Parents has links to the Pacifica School District’s calendar, and to the OSS PTO Calendar. It also includes some key dates and events for the first few weeks of the school year. You can also add a Google Calendar with relevant information to your personal calendar.
OSS Parent Volunteer Roles Descriptions & Resources has helpful information about classroom volunteer roles, including expectations, resources, and contacts for previous volunteers.
Please also note:
- Kindergarten classes have early dismissal for the first two months of school.
- OSS has additional Minimum Days – every Wednesdays and additional days throughout the school year.
- Teachers will send welcome letters over the summer with information about them, their classroom, parent jobs etc. They will also usually hold and meet and greets for the younger classes (kindergarten and first grade).
- Tours of the school and classrooms will usually be held the week before school starts.
